Privacy Policy
Effective 14 September 2026. Written in plain English on purpose.
- marklode.com sets no cookies and runs no ads or trackers. We don’t sell or share personal information.
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.
- If you order, Fiverr or Upwork handles your account and payment. We see only what you send in the order.
- Your brief is read by one person, researched with AI tools (currently Anthropic’s Claude), and deleted on request.

01Who we are
Marklode is a service of Deimos AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Deimos AI LLC is responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@marklode.com.
02When you visit marklode.com
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, and its domain is managed by Cloudflare. As with any website, the host receives your IP address, browser details, the page you asked for and the time, and keeps them in server logs for security and operations.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which sites send visitors. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage and doesn’t build a profile of you.
- Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.
- No cookies. marklode.com itself sets no cookies and has no advertising or social media trackers. Links to Fiverr, Upwork, X and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
03When you order a report
Orders are placed on Fiverr or Upwork, and those platforms handle your account, payment and messages under their own privacy policies. We receive what the platform shows sellers, such as your username and country, plus the messages, brief and files you send us. We use them only to produce and deliver your report and to answer your follow-up questions.
04Your brief
- One person at Marklode reads your brief and reviews the report.
- Research runs on AI tools, currently Anthropic’s Claude. Your brief and our working notes are processed by Anthropic to provide that tool, under Anthropic’s terms and privacy policy.
- We search public sources only. We don’t put your name or other identifying details into research queries, and we don’t contact anyone about your idea.
- We don’t reuse, sell or publish your brief. A report is published as a sample only with your written permission.
- If you ask after delivery, we delete the brief, notes and report files we hold, including AI session transcripts on our computers. Copies that Fiverr or Upwork keep under their own terms are outside our control.

05When you email us
Mail sent to hello@marklode.com is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to an inbox hosted by Google (Gmail). We use your email only to reply, and keep it as long as the conversation and our records need it. Ask and we delete it.
06When you use the API or the data
- The Marklode Verify API runs on Fly.io, which keeps short-lived request logs (the time, the path you requested including any server name you looked up, and network details) for operations. We don’t use them to identify or profile anyone.
- API keys, accounts and billing are handled by RapidAPI, and the registry scraper by Apify, under their own privacy policies.
- The data is public MCP registry metadata about software servers and their publishers, as published in the registry. It can include publisher names that are public usernames or domains. No MCP server is ever contacted. If something about you is wrong, correct it in the source registry, or write to us.

These providers are based in the United States, so information is processed there.
08What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share personal information, including for advertising. We don’t use it for anything other than the purposes on this page, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.
09How long we keep things
- Server and analytics logs: kept by the providers for their standard periods.
- Order materials: until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for your order and our records.
- Email: as long as the conversation and our records need it, or until you ask us to delete it.
10Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@marklode.com. We reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, including the right to object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performing your order, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and services, and your consent where we ask for it. We don’t sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms.
11Children
Marklode isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
12Security
We use established providers, keep order files on access-controlled devices, and limit access to one person. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure.
13Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top changes.
